In Short

  • Provide exceptional 24/7 Tier 1 support to Noodle employees and clients.
  • Manage employee onboarding and maintain service desk systems.
  • Work outside of business hours and on weekends.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting sessions for complex issues.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
  • Analyze ticket resolutions to identify common issues.
  • Configure and maintain AI/chatbot technology solutions.
  • Interact directly with clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Assist with support desk configuration and maintenance.
  • Strive to simplify processes and systems across service desks.

Requirements

  • A Matric Certificate.
  • 1-3 years of experience in service management environments.
  • Experience with service management software.
  • Knowledge of SSO providers and Google Workspace.
  • Effective communication skills through various mediums.
  • Ability to solve problems while maintaining trust and SLAs.
  • Interest in staying updated with products and services.
  • Willingness to advocate for end-user needs.
  • Intrinsic drive to respond promptly and professionally.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting and training end users.
