• Position: MEP Technical Support Associate, Field Operations
• Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting Budderfly’s MEP technology, systems, and equipment.
• Support multiple on-site installation crews remotely.
• Ensure consistent installation quality across contractors and customers.
• Perform technical diagnoses and troubleshooting of installation-related escalations.
• Maintain a log of all issues and communicate with customers and contractors.
• Flexible hours to accommodate contractor schedules.
• Travel nationwide for team and contractor trainings (up to 10%).
• High School Diploma and industry-specific certification required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position.

Requirements

• 5+ years performing hands-on work in HVAC/R controls and lighting systems.
• Exceptional relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety regulations.
• Experience in the QSR, Casual Dining, and Hospitality industry.
