In Short

• Responsible for commissioning, auditing, and performing final closeout checks for HVAC solutions.
• Critical for installation quality and customer satisfaction.
• Provides technical support during installation of HVAC equipment.
• Monitors installations remotely to ensure proper functioning.
• Interacts with contractors to resolve installation issues.
• Ensures a consistent approach for the verification of HVAC unit installations.
• Occasional travel required during onboarding (up to 15%).
• Focus on quick serve restaurant and retail markets.
• Maintains accountability for installation quality and safety standards.
• Collaborates with various departments to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of HVAC experience with successful project implementation.
• Experience with HVAC installation, startup, testing, and balancing.
• Ability to set up networks and networked IOT devices.
• Experience with refrigeration diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage schedules effectively.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors.
