In Short

• Lead the development of tailored HVAC and Refrigeration energy solutions.
• Oversee project execution and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct site assessments for energy-saving pilot projects.
• Design scalable energy solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Develop engineering calculation tools for performance evaluation.
• Analyze pre- and post-installation energy consumption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts.
• 5+ years of experience in energy efficiency or HVAC design.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in energy data analysis.
• Travel to sites would be around 20%.

Requirements

• BS or MS Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering fields.
• HVAC experience is a must, with expertise in HVAC/R technology.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE standards and relevant energy regulations.
• Experience designing energy conservation measures in commercial buildings.
• Ability to develop custom energy models for savings calculations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and energy modeling software.
• Professional certifications such as CEM, LEED AP, or PE license are a plus.
