In Short

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively seek opportunities for growth marketing services.
  • Lead Engagement & Deal Cycle Management: Manage early stages of deal cycle and ensure engagement.
  • Agency Representation: Deep understanding of the agency’s capabilities and culture.
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Work closely with the Director of New Business for optimization.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an effective sales pipeline and meet sales quotas.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends for strategic positioning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in business development or account management.
  • Strong desire to hustle and solve problems.
  • Proven track record in successful RFI/RFP submissions.
  • Ability to scope for a full-service offering.
  • Intuitive understanding of business needs.
  • Proactive self-starter with collaboration skills.
  • Highly personable and persuasive communicator.
  • Client-facing experience and enthusiasm for the role.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and HubSpot.
