In Short

  • Own and manage a full-funnel sales pipeline across multiple verticals.
  • Dissect complex RFPs into structured proposals aligned with NoGood’s capabilities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain exceptional data hygiene and forecasting accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover client needs.
  • Present confidently to diverse decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tailored proposals.
  • Conduct audits of web/social presence and marketing performance.
  • Research competitive dynamics and audience behaviors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or business development.
  • Client / Account Management experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to sell complex marketing services.
  • Experience with RFI/RFP responses and pitch decks.
  • Strong grasp of modern growth marketing concepts.
  • Confident communicator with a flair for storytelling.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
