Overview

The NinjaOne Enterprise Account Partner role is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with the company’s largest and most strategic enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, this role drives long-term customer value, retention, adoption, and growth across complex enterprise environments.

In Short

  • Own and grow relationships within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term success through proactive account management.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and account strategy discussions.
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams.
  • Monitor account health and advocate for enterprise customer needs.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing strategic enterprise SaaS accounts.
  • Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading Executive Business Reviews and account planning.
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional organizations and influence outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Experience within IT Operations or adjacent enterprise technology environments preferred.
