Overview

This position is for an Account Partner who will act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, maximizing value from advanced R&D-focused software solutions while building lasting relationships.

In Short

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts.

  • Primary contact for customers aligning business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management or strategic sales in B2B software.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise-level relationships.
  • Success in driving account growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical thinking.
  • Fluency in English; French preferred.
  • Experience with R&D or enterprise SaaS solutions is a plus.
