Overview

NinjaOne is seeking an experienced Director of Federal Sales to lead and scale our fast growing, early-stage Federal sales business across Federal Civilian, channel and Systems Integrators while growing prudently in to the DoW/IC markets.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 5+ Federal Account Executives.
  • Implement strategy and execution for the Federal business.
  • Drive pipeline and forecast discipline.
  • Expand NinjaOne’s footprint across federal agencies.
  • Partner with leadership across business segments.
  • Translate FedRAMP investment into market traction.
  • Build relationships with Federal Systems Integrators.
  • Support contract vehicle strategy and procurement motions.
  • Regularly report on team performance and market traction.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in IT endpoint technology or SaaS sales.
  • Experience selling into Federal Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence environments.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop Federal sales teams.
  • Success in owning Federal revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes.
  • Experience with Federal Systems Integrators and channel partners.
  • Strong sales leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
