Overview

The Channel Account Manager at NinjaOne owns the growth and success of our partner ecosystem within a defined region, focused on identifying, onboarding, and activating high-potential channel partners.

In Short

  • Identify, qualify, and onboard high-potential channel partners.
  • Build and execute a repeatable channel sales motion.
  • Activate partners through sales enablement and technical training.
  • Articulate the value of NinjaOne’s Partner Program.
  • Own regional partner plan, pipeline, and forecast.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • 3-5 years’ experience with Channel Partners or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to independently identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Channel Partners, Value Added Resellers, Distributors or Managed Service Providers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify opportunities.
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in developing Partner/Territory business plans.
  • Proven experience influencing senior level partner executives.
