In Short

• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing distribution.
• Create sales forecasts and ensure distribution aligns with demand and sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue while ensuring efficient supply chain.
• Optimize inventory management for quick product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through excellent service.
• Regular reporting to management, including analysis of sales and distribution metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements in sales and distribution processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales or distribution, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven success in sales and experience in managing distribution processes and inventory.
• Experience in the hardware/consumer electronics or IT industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to actively manage customer relationships.
• Analytical thinking and ability to develop sales and distribution strategies that increase revenue and maximize efficiency.
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams, especially in sales and supply chain management.
• Fluent in German and English.
