Overview

We are looking for you as a Technical Support Specialist for our ninepoint software solutions - 100% remote/Homeoffice!

In Short

  • Handle incoming support requests via email and ticket system
  • Answer knowledge-based questions and guide customers through best practices
  • Investigate and identify common technical issues (e.g., missing order data, synchronization problems)
  • Work closely with 2nd-level support or development teams when escalation is necessary
  • Document frequent issues and assist in improving our internal knowledge base

Requirements

  • Experience in e-commerce or with tools like JTL-Wawi is a significant advantage
  • The ability to quickly understand technical systems and explain them to users
  • German (B2/C1) and good English (working language) for internal communication
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and experience in a remote work environment
  • Experience with support tools like ClickUp, Front, or similar is desirable
  • Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, or backend systems would be beneficial
