Overview

The Technical Support Specialist will provide remote support for Oncology and Surgery Business products, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a clinical environment.

In Short

  • Provide remote support via phone and screen sharing for clinical workflows.
  • Deliver professional service according to SOP Hotline.
  • Apply job skills under stressful conditions while supporting multiple customers.
  • Document all support actions in Salesforce.
  • Perform routine troubleshooting and provide remote guidance.
  • Keep customers informed about their cases and complaints.
  • Field customer questions and resolve issues per policies.
  • Maintain control of large-scale issues with proper reporting.
  • Read and interpret product information for new releases.
  • Meet personal/team targets for service quality.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent STEM field.
  • High comfort level with software and technology.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter able to work without close supervision.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Works well in both team and individual settings.
  • Ability to travel 20% for training, 10% thereafter.
