We are looking for motivated working students (m/f/d) for our newly established AI task force, who want to revolutionize our internal processes with innovative AI solutions. In Short

• Process optimization using AI: Identify, analyze, and optimize existing business processes with AI tools and applications.
• Research & Evaluation: Research current AI trends, technologies, and best practices and assess their potential for our internal operations.
• Prototyping & Implementation: Support the design, development, and testing of AI-based prototypes and solutions.
• Data Analysis & Preparation: Assist in the collection, analysis, and preparation of data relevant for the development and deployment of AI models.
• Knowledge Transfer: Document findings and support training and knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements

• Enrolled in (business) informatics, data science, artificial intelligence, engineering, or a comparable program with a strong focus on AI.
• Initial practical experience in artificial intelligence (e.g., through projects, courses, internships) is an advantage, including knowledge in machine learning, deep learning, or working with specific AI tools/frameworks.
• Basic understanding of process management and a desire to drive efficiency improvements.
• Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
• High willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
