We are looking for an Executive Management Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) in a home office, with occasional on-site appointments in NRW (Ruhr area, Cologne, Düsseldorf).

  • Proficient use of AI applications.
  • Solid experience in project management, ideally with Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, etc.
  • Very good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel (data tables, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Ideally experience in the real estate sector or affinity for the real estate and construction industry.
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
  • Analytical thinking, high affinity for numbers, and a structured and independent way of working.
  • Self-management, responsibility, and stress resistance.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident and professional demeanor.
