Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Retail Media to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of NielsenIQ’s retail media offerings—developing new solutions while also driving immediate revenue through direct engagement with key clients.

In Short

  • Serve as a senior client-facing leader, owning strategic relationships across AdTech platforms, manufacturers, and Retail Media Networks (RMNs).
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing retail media solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data science, measurement, and creative teams.
  • Identify and engage new buyer personas; partner closely with stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the retail media landscape.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging NielsenIQ’s capabilities.
  • Contribute to revenue goals by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities.
  • Embrace agility and operate effectively within a complex organization.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in retail media.
  • Deep understanding of data, creative, and measurement within the retail media ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to operate independently.
  • Experience in solving complex problems and identifying new revenue opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Previous experience in a sales role with a track record of delivering results.
