  • Cultivate relationships with corporate benefits executives.
  • Identify and build new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts with senior management.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with teams.
  • Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of CirrusMD’s solutions.
  • Communicate effectively at the C-level.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in digital health.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales environment and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial setting focused on employer sales.
  • Proven ability to tailor messaging to meet prospect needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
