Overview

The Regional Sales Incentive Business Partner plays a critical role in supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across the assigned region, collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, and Legal teams.

  • Support Regional Incentive Execution.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance for quota setting.
  • Act as a liaison between global leadership and regional stakeholders.
  • Monitor incentive performance metrics and provide insights.
  • Maintain regional documentation of incentive policies.
  • Resolve regional inquiries related to incentive plans.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Commissions/Incentives.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity in a matrixed organization.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
