Senior Regional HR Business Partner - Remote

Please be aware that the role will start with being onsite 4 days a week, though in time may decrease to 3 days a week.

In Short

• Primary HR contact for the Raleigh site and contributor to the Americas HRBP team.
• Partner with local leaders to align HR and company strategies.
• Execute HR programs and processes for the site and region.
• Be the subject matter expert on local employment legislation.
• Resolve complex local/regional HR matters.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Lead manager development and advise on HR program execution.
• Support M&A growth strategy throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify areas for HR process improvement.
• Mentor and support team development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant course of study.
• 6+ years in a regional HR role.
• Excellence in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in a global organization.
