Due to team location, we need candidates to be in EST or CST zone.

In Short

• Serve as the legal operations lead for PFS, working under the supervision of and closely with the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer.
• Assist in the review, development, and implementation of legal and operational policies.
• Research and support optimization of PFS contract lifecycle management (CLM).
• Assist in developing metrics and management of internal legal and compliance systems.
• Work cross-functionally with finance, HR, security, and operations teams.
• Support regulatory audits and contract compliance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and operational improvements.
• Assist with various PFS corporate secretarial tasks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business teams.

Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience in legal operations within a government contracting environment.
• Experience in implementing and improving legal and compliance processes.
• Understanding of federal contracting regulations and legal operations best practices.
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Prior experience managing contract workflows and compliance programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of AI productivity tools.
