We are looking for a talented marketer to join us to accelerate the organization and guide all marketing activities. In Short

• Legal Support: Edit, proofread, and prepare legal documents for signing.
• Organize and maintain files and streamline legal flows.
• Analyze existing contracts for various factors.
• Implement scalable processes for contract lifecycle management.
• Manage vendor performance for the legal team.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory filings.
• Maintain records for state license applications and due diligence reviews.
• 3+ years as a paralegal in corporate/commercial law, preferably in fintech.
• Proficiency in legal tools and contract management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Experience with legal tech tools and CRM such as Hubspot.
• Background in state licensing requirements is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in compliance-related tasks is a plus.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in contract management software.
• Experience in a fintech or blockchain environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
