Legal Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

At KRUK Spain, we are continuing an exciting transformation process as leaders in the Unsecured market. In our Legal department for Own Portfolios, we are looking for two Legal Operations Specialists to join our judicial area and continue growing with us.

In Short

• Support the judicial management of acquired portfolios, focusing on monitoring the performance of own debt portfolios and judicial activity.
• Prepare activity and results reports for judicial portfolios to provide a comprehensive view of portfolio evolution.
• Track the evolution of key KPIs, identifying deviations and necessary adjustments.
• Analyze results, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Generate predictive models to anticipate challenges while maximizing success opportunities in portfolio management.
• Evaluate the impact of new processes through significant data analysis.
• Constantly report results to management for strategic planning and goal compliance.

Requirements

• Law degree.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis or indicators in legal, financial, or operational areas in the debt recovery sector.
• Demonstrable legal knowledge of debt recovery procedures.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Analytical skills to understand interdependencies between different indicators and work with large volumes of data.
• Structured working method with great attention to detail.
• High levels of effective communication to convey operational information to various stakeholders.
• Intermediate English level is considered a plus.
