In Short

• Provide strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects of their business.
• Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of HR programs.
• Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team.
• Direct and develop the global workforce plan and human capital strategies.
• Develop and monitor HR metrics to improve performance and retention.
• Guide and coach managers on complex HR issues.
• Partner with revenue team members to communicate policies and compliance.
• Provide consultative support on core HR programs.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency in HR practices.
• Understand client groups and business initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a HRBP role.
• Experience supporting Director + level.
• Experience supporting the GTM/Revenue teams.
• Experience working on a variety of HR functions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience working on various HR programs/projects.
• Experience in a growing, global software development environment is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to analyze data and propose methods for improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
