  • Strong understanding of incentive systems and technologies.
  • Expertise in process design and optimization.
  • Advanced analytical skills for financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with senior leadership.
  • Commercial acumen in sales behaviors and motivators.
  • Experience in both public and private company environments.
