Overview

The Solution Architect will lead the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services, mentoring a team of Software Engineers and collaborating with clients to address their business needs.

In Short

  • Lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions across various product lines.
  • Assist Pre-Sales team with scoping service engagements.
  • Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for projects.
  • Define technical solutions aligned with client business problems.
  • Write/estimate Stories and monitor engineers' work.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and facilitate customer workshops.
  • Research innovative opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Provide engineers with architectural blueprints for implementations.
  • Document technical and process documentation.

Requirements

  • 8-12 years in application development at a SaaS or Enterprise Software Company.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
  • Experience in CSM, FSM, FSO, TNI product areas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with documentation software.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ServiceNow integration technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills in ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
