Overview

NewRocket is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Solution Architect responsible for leading the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client-consulting environment.

In Short

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops with clients.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Manage application development including design, coding, and testing.
• Mentor project crew members and provide technical guidance.
• Implement ServiceNow modules and custom application design.
• Create and execute development plans.
• Knowledge of ITIL V4 processes.
• Ability to plan and package ServiceNow solutions.
• Conduct CMDB/Platform capability Requirements Analysis sessions.
• Provide technical assistance in a pre-sales capacity.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB/Platform products.
• 6-12 years of IT Services and proven architecture experience.
• Minimum 4 years preferred work experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• 5+ years of leadership level experience with Enterprise Management tools.
• 5+ years of client-facing consulting experience.
• Passion for engineering science and technology.
• Excellent collaboration and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
