Overview

The Senior Account Manager role is responsible for development, communication, and service needs for our Clients, and for retaining high-touch, complex accounts through robust relationship management.

In Short

• Independently manage a minimum of 75+ client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts.
• Prepare and lead regular plan reviews.
• Take full ownership of client documentation.
