Requirements

• 2 years of Mortgage Customer Service experience or similar.
• Proven track record in Customer Service.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Resourceful and able to think outside the box.
• Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
• Judgment skills for escalating issues appropriately.
• Detail-oriented feedback provision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite; LOS experience preferred.
