In Short

• Regular status updates in clients’ channel (Monday & Thursday) and whenever there’s an immediate announcement
• Regular client’s status for yourpropfirm-client and account management channel (Tuesday & Friday)
• Attend all meetings and create the meeting minutes
• Acknowledge all messages from clients and partners and provide updates on Slack and WhatsApp
• Daily customer document status update
• Acquire broker/platform credentials from partners on behalf of clients
• First responder to client messages
• Create channels for client needs across teams and partners
• Follow up on invoices
• Confirmations during launch dates for clients and internally

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in client management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using communication tools like Slack and WhatsApp
• Organizational skills for managing multiple clients
