In Short

  • Develop and maintain partner relationships.
  • Manage the pipeline with partners through the close.
  • Recruit and develop channel partners.
  • Communicate and complete sales reports and territory plans.
  • Forecast and deliver consistent revenues and new customers.
  • Work closely with dormant partners to reactivate.
  • Identify partner needs and communicate benefits of the partner program.
  • Support new partners through product sales and implementation.
  • Drive partner marketing activity and develop lead-generation ideas.
  • Focus on training and evangelizing NetBrain partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • At least 5 years of sales and channel experience with technical solutions.
  • Experience in Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
  • Project management experience with a proven track record.
  • Outstanding people skills and communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to support and motivate others.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines.
