In Short

• Be the resident Network Automation expert to NetBrain’s customers
• Provide thought leadership in automating Network Operations for global Enterprises and MSPs
• Lead customers in identifying high impact automation targets through ITSM data analysis
• Analyze customer’s network technologies to create automation solutions
• Architect and implement automation solutions for problem resolution
• Train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge
• Your success will be tied to the amount of automation and customer success achieved
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
• CCNP or equivalent network certifications
• 5+ years of experience in Network Operations, Security, Planning, Design, and Automation
• Experience with network management tools
• Experience with Public Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong customer facing skills
• Experience with network automation
• Experience with enterprise scripting languages such as Python
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills
