Overview

The Channel Sales Manager at Nearmap is responsible for acquiring new and growing existing value-added reseller partners, ensuring revenue growth and maintaining strong relationships with partners in the U.S.

In Short

  • Drive growth through channel sales by managing partnerships with VARs.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for partner expansion and sales KPIs.
  • Build and maintain high-level contacts with partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the partner network.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce.
  • Provide timely reporting and forecasting to Sales Management.
  • Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners.
  • Comply with local legislative requirements and company guidelines.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Be an expert on partner segments and market trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of direct and/or channel sales experience.
  • Experience with new business generation and partner program development.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles is a strong advantage.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence C-suite executives.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and strategic mindset.
  • High competency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Results-driven and energetic self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
