Nearmap is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to join their People & Culture team, responsible for shaping the global compensation strategy and ensuring competitive pay practices.

In Short

• Analyze market trends and benchmark data for compensation competitiveness.
• Support annual compensation cycles through data preparation and reporting.
• Lead the equity program in partnership with Finance and Legal.
• Manage the promotion process for fairness and consistency.
• Conduct pay equity reviews and provide insights on competitiveness.
• Partner with HR and business leaders for compensation guidance.
• Support job leveling frameworks and compensation ranges design.
• Maintain compensation tools and data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with pay regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with HRIS/Compensation tools.
• High attention to detail in managing data sets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job evaluation methods and pay structures.
