Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Insurance Applications team, you will design, build, and deliver software solutions that power Nearmap’s insurance business.

• Design, implement and support microservices and APIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C#, NodeJS/JavaScript.
• Experience in microservice and API design.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Knowledge of messaging systems (RabbitMQ preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive self-starter attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Customer service focus.
