Overview

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for managing customer accounts within the assigned territory, focusing on expanding market share and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the clinical services sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business-related field required.
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in a clinical/laboratory market preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and prior sales training a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in sales.
  • Proficient in oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of clinical/laboratory market and products.
  • Ability to learn and retain product information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
