Overview

The Oncology Sales Specialist (OSS) is responsible for supporting oncology customers and opportunities within the assigned territory, ensuring coordination of sales efforts and proactively identifying new opportunities.

  • Generate ideas contributing to company mission and profitability.
  • Travel required up to 75% of the time.
  • Work closely with Territory Business Managers.
  • Support all oncology-based customers in the designated territory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or business-related field required (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of oncology sales experience preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and prior sales training experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of clinical and laboratory market environment.
  • Ability to learn and retain product-specific information.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to travel as required by role.
