Overview

The Oncology Specialist will implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives, fostering relationships with oncologists and healthcare professionals to drive sales and improve patient care.

In Short

  • Field-based role in Northern Ohio, ideally Cleveland.
  • Build and implement territory business plans.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
  • Present disease state and product information to customers.
  • Leverage sales analytics for strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with territory partners and external counterparts.
  • Develop and execute call plans to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of oncology sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a consultative selling style.
  • Strong competitive selling skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Must pass background checks as required.
  • Business travel required.
