Overview

As a Technical Support Engineer at Neo4j, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, helping them troubleshoot technical issues and improve their experience with Neo4j's graph database products.

In Short

  • Provide technical support for Neo4j's products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert in specific areas of the product.
  • Handle urgent to minor support requests during business hours.
  • Streamline processes and improve customer experience.
  • Communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
  • Work with Product Management to drive fixes and enhancements.
  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 20%).
  • Engage in continuous learning about Neo4j's products.
  • Take ownership of customer problems and provide solutions.

Requirements

  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience in a customer-facing support role is preferable.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting JVM-based software.
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, noSQL).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
  • Knowledge of Neo4j and graph databases is a plus.
  • Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
