Overview

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support to our customers and partners, leveraging strong technical expertise and excellent customer interaction skills.

In Short

  • Provide world-class technical support to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to manage critical issues.
  • Receive cases electronically and through inbound calls.
  • Act as customer advocate in reporting issues to engineering.
  • Provide enterprise level support for Ivanti products.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of products.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Experience with IT Service Management tools (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow).
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Windows and applications.
  • Understanding of Database and Server Technologies.
  • Understanding of internet and network technologies.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated to develop technically.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in French or German is a strong advantage.
