Technical Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support to customers and partners, troubleshoot issues within the Tufin suite, and support the deployment and integration of Tufin products.

• Provide technical support to worldwide customers and partners.
• Troubleshoot issues within the Tufin suite and OS.
• Maintain individual ticket queue and communicate with customers.
• Support deployment and integration of Tufin products.
• Create and improve documentation of best practices.
• Mentor other support engineers.
• Develop understanding of customers’ technical environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementation/operations experience with Linux servers.
• Previous customer-facing experience as a technical lead.
• Strong understanding of networks and protocols.
• High level understanding of authentication technologies.
• Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
• Proficiency with X.509 certificates and SSL/TLS.
• Experience in scripting languages (BASH, Python, Perl).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in firewall administration/configuration is a plus.
