Application Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Application Support Engineer will provide support for a bespoke Control Room solution, working remotely with occasional on-site visits in London.

In Short

• Full-time role with 37.5 hours per week.
• Remote work with 2-3 days on-site in London.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Responsible for incident investigation, resolution, and ownership.
• Provide technical support to end-users and liaise with development teams.
• Perform regular software updates and manage technical changes.
• Adhere to ITIL and ISO20000-1 processes.
• Excellent customer service is required at all times.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in systems and Windows products.
• Microsoft Certification and ITIL accreditation are preferred.

Requirements

• Microsoft Certification in a related discipline.
• ITIL accreditation.
• 5+ years of experience in systems and Windows products.
• Experience with SQL and the ability to construct queries.
• Experience in a 3rd party service delivery organization.
• Strong problem-solving mentality.
• Good communication skills.
