Overview

The Technical Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in Neara's expansion into European markets, supporting the sales team with technical insights and customer engagement.

In Short

  • Develop understanding of Neara's capabilities and navigate the platform.
  • Support commercial sales team from a technical product perspective.
  • Demonstrate the platform to customers and provide narratives.
  • Build customer relationships and instill confidence in Neara's capabilities.
  • Translate customer needs into accurate platform demonstrations.
  • Conduct client workshops to understand client needs and platform requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and support on technical queries.
  • Collaborate on value propositions with product management for sales transactions.

Requirements

  • Technical experience with complex solutions and enterprise software.
  • Experience in commercial teams and developing sales funnels.
  • Knowledge of the utility sector is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and an additional European language.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Experience with programming, PLS CADD, and/or LIDAR is advantageous.
