In Short

  • Assist small and medium-sized businesses in building their business credit.
  • Utilize goal setting to guide customers towards the appropriate Nav Prime service.
  • Educate customers on financing preparation and benefits of Nav Prime.
  • Maintain high retention rates for customers added to Nav Prime.
  • Develop relationships with customers and report on customer interactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding lending qualifications.
  • Conduct outbound dials and create email campaigns.
  • Work with a diverse team committed to making a positive impact.
  • Experience in sales or account management preferred.
  • Opportunity for professional growth and meaningful contributions.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in personal and business credit required.
  • 3-5 years of prior sales or account management experience preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills and CRM experience required.
  • Self-motivated and team player.
  • Desire to innovate and improve processes.
  • Good attitude and go-getter mentality.
  • Experience in business lending or underwriting preferred.
