Regional Service Supervisor - GL Region - Remote

Overview

The Regional Service Supervisor will supervise a local team of Field Service Technicians (FSTs) within a defined regional area, serving as a liaison between FSTs and the Regional Service Director while leading by example through reinforcing policies, procedures, and company code of conduct.

In Short

• Supervise a team of Field Service Technicians.
• Travel up to 90% of the time.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar discipline.
• 4 years of experience servicing MULTIVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in team management and training.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel on short notice.
