Requirements

• 5-7 years of business experience; 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior real estate and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to learn multiple software systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidentiality.
• Demonstrated collaboration with different departments.
• Adaptable and willing to try new things.
