Overview

The Regional Phlebotomy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of In-Office Phlebotomists and Patient Service Centers, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining an active role in phlebotomy services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of phlebotomy experience and 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in customer care and managing phlebotomy operations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• National Phlebotomy Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
