Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales in the Central United States for MULTIVAC, Inc., an industry leader in packaging solutions. This role requires a candidate who can manage the complete sales process, including prospecting and closing business.

In Short

  • Responsible for generating sales to prospective and existing customers.
  • Travel approximately 60% of the time.
  • Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.

  • Attend trade shows and industry meetings.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Forecasting teams.
  • Act as the Business Manager for the defined region.
  • Monitor competitive activity in the area.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate travel and customer needs.
  • Education preferred: Bachelor's degree, with at least five years of sales experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of sales experience.
  • One year of experience selling packaging materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain a passport for travel.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a noisy environment and manage travel-related tasks.
