Overview

The Customer Success Manager will build strong, outcome-based relationships with named accounts, helping them expand their international footprint and grow revenues.

  • Build trusted relationships with named accounts through consultative solutioning.
  • Monitor adoption of products/services and provide best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of customers to the Product team.
  • Design solutions to meet unique business needs.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the portfolio.

Requirements

  • 4 to 8 years of customer-facing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR.
  • 2 to 3 years in a Customer Success or Account Management role.
  • Proven track record of overachieving goals and targets.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Experience in remote work is a plus.
