Overview

Join Anteriad and innovate the way B2B marketers make data-driven business decisions. We are looking for a fluent Japanese speaker to play a key role on Anteriad’s International Customer Success team, tasked with problem solving for internal and external customers and providing top quality post-sale support.

In Short

  • Fluent Japanese speaker required.
  • Manage internal and external client support functions.
  • Become an expert on Anteriad’s products and operational processes.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and Operations teams.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for customer insights.
  • Identify and escalate urgent situations requiring attention.
  • Assist in completing RFPs and market sizing opportunities.
  • Track campaign status using SFDC cases.
  • Support Customer Success Managers and Marketing teams.
  • Drive improvements in service campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong team orientation.
  • Experience in demand generation or database marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Qlik, and marketing cloud platforms.
