Overview

The Channel Customer Success Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and deepening adoption of Instructure’s products through consultative approaches and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Act as the key contact for a portfolio of Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Channel Partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate product updates and company policies to partners.
  • Understand business drivers and challenges faced by VARs and offer insights.
  • Help partners drive adoption of Instructure products.
  • Maximize revenue opportunities, including renewals.
  • Collaborate with channel sales teams.
  • Grow product and industry knowledge.
  • Support successful onboarding of new customers.
  • Monitor customer usage data and support partners in utilizing Instructure Support services.

  • Minimum of 4 years in Customer Success or account management in a SaaS company.
